Netplus's Support team is always prepared, if you encounter any problems regarding our service. We give the best support to our customers. We only provide support, if the problem is related to our service. Problems with Printers, Fault in your computer, problem in installing softwares and games, problem with your computer hardwares etc are the issues which is not related to our service. So we donot provide support to that kind of problems.

1. Some problem arises due to temporary fault in the operating system. So it would be better to restart your computer first. Restarting of router or computer may fix the problem.
   
   
2. Sometime wireless device and switches may got hanged. As a result, you can't browse the internet. it would be better to turn off the devices for few seconds and again turn it on. This may solve the problem.
   
   
3. Sometimes the cable may got unplugged from the network card or switch. So it would be better to check the cable, whether they are plugged or loosed.
   
   
4. Sometime you may disable your network adapter accidently. If it is disabled, enable it.
   
   
5. Donot misplace the cable in the router and your server. Check whether the cable from Netplus is plugged into WAN interface of the router and in the network adapter of your PC where our IP is set if your are using server.
   
   
6. In case of wireless link, you may forget to turn on your wireless device or the plug may got loose due to which wireless device is not getting the power. If it is unplugged, plugged it to the power supply.
   
   
7. Donot use computers more than you specified in the agreement with us. It will slow down the performance of the bandwidth that we provided to you.
   
   
8. Please be at your computer when you call us. It will save your time and also will be easy to troubleshoot.
   
   
9. The performance of the internet also depends upon the the performance of the PC. So check your PC regularly and scan for viruses.
